Fade Away Minneapolis has Reopened
Fade Away Duluth and Fade Away Des Moines will permanently close
Fade Away is reaching out to you to inform you that we have been working hard to open our doors for service. We have been informed by the MN Dept of Health and the CDC of the proper protocols for safely re-opening our Minneapolis location. We have enacted strict protocols to reduce the risk of exposure to coronavirus to our staff and customers.
We are also well aware of the current protests and civil unrest that is in the city of Minneapolis and cities across America. As of right now, our neighborhood of NE Minneapolis is completely intact and unaffected. We hope that it remains that way as we business owners have had a lot of strain due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We sympathize with our entire city and our nation during these trying times.
It is a time of unprecedented stress and business disruption and small businesses like ours have been hit hard. After painful deliberations, we regretfully conclude that we do not have the resources to reopen our Duluth or Des Moines stores. They will be permanently closed. If you have any outstanding account balances or concerns, please reply to this email.
Fade Away Laser Minneapolis plans to re-open and resume business June 9th. We will be operating by appointment only to minimize the number of customers in our store. We will only be allowing one laser client into our building at a time. Please be on time for your appointment. You will be required to wear a mask and be in good health with no symptoms related to Covid-19. We will have strict sanitation guidelines and will be more aware of each persons movements. We ask that you remain patient during these times as this is all new to us, but we have protocols in place to insure your safety and the safety of our staff. In the event you are scheduled and we encounter a change in the pandemic or civil unrest We apologize for any inconvenience to you. Please support our small business. We need you to get back to a better place to continue servicing The Twin Cities. Thank you for your continued support, understanding, and patience.
Fade Away Laser is committed to safety in this time of heightened risk from coronavirus. We have implemented the following policy:
- All staff and customers must wear masks while in our facility
- All consultations and treatments will be by appointment only; We will not accept walk-in customers.
- Our staff has always disinfected our facility with medical-grade disinfectants prior to the coronavirus pandemic; our hygiene practices will continue between each client.
